About Deedo
Deedo puts the public record on every registered real-estate project in Maharashtra in one place, so a buyer can check a project before paying for it.
What you can check
- Whether a project is registered with MahaRERA, under which number, and who registered it.
- The completion date the promoter first promised, and any later date the regulator accepted.
- The land the project stands on: survey, Gat, CTS and plot numbers from its certificates.
- Its buildings, where MahaRERA has published them.
- Whether the regulator has listed or ordered against it: deregistration, insolvency, missed progress reports, revocation and other orders.
How we work
Registered facts come first. Everything on a project page comes from a public source and links back to it. When a source is missing or could not be fetched, the page says so instead of filling the gap.
Each project, registration, building and document has one permanent Deedo ID. When two records turn out to be the same project they are merged, and old links keep working.
Deedo is a data service, not a broker. We do not sell property, take listings or rank projects for money. Read the methodology for the sources and how they are combined.
