How much does one deal cost?
10 credits. A deal is one registered transaction (one Index II). Packs start at ₹49.
Do unlocks expire?
No. An unlocked deal stays in your account for good. Opening it again, from the deal page or your account, costs nothing.
What is free?
Your first 2 unlocks: signing up with Google adds 20 credits, once per account. Every MahaRERA fact, project timeline and regulatory order, each flat's deed timeline, and price bands, medians and rents stay free without signing in.
What does an unlocked deal show?
The exact registered price (or rent and deposit), ₹ per sq ft, the registration date, document number and sub-registrar office, stamp duty and the ready-reckoner value, and the original Index II in Marathi with the party names, shown inside Deedo with Deedo's machine translation into English.
