The Occupancy Certificate for this project is already received on 19/03/2025. We have duly
uploaded the QPR till Q4 of F.Y. 2024-25. However our OC was uploaded on old portal but
acceptance was not received. The status of this project is still showing active on MahaCRITI.
Hence this declaration is uploaded only for purpose of compliance to notice and also for
re-applying for completion update.
