  1.​ The parties are absent even though the link of the hearing and notice of the
      hearing was duly served upon them.
  2.​ On perusal of the last roznama dated 14/01/2025, which shows on that day
      it was submitted on behalf of the Complainant that he has received the
      possession of flat in question in August 2024 and now he does not have any
      grievance against the Respondent and he will upload the withdrawal
      application within 2 to 3 days and accordingly, the matter stood adjourned
      for today, for uploading the withdrawal application.
  3.​ The Complainant uploaded the withdrawal application on the MahaRERA
      website, which is of dated 13/01/2025. Today, no one is present on behalf of
      the Complainant and as I have stated above, the Complainant has uploaded
      the withdrawal application on the website.
  4.​ Considering the same, the present complaint is dismissed in default for lack
      of prosecution. The proceeding is closed.
  5.​ No Order as to cost.
