  1. The Complainants submitted that they have received the possession of the
     flat around July-August 2024. The Complainant submitted that he has
     uploaded the withdrawal application on MahaRERA Website.
  2. It is seen that the Complainant filed a withdrawal application which is dated
     06/08/2024, in which it is mentioned that the parties have amicably resolved
     the dispute between them.
  3. The Complainant confirmed the contents of the said withdrawal application
     and the application is signed by the Complainants.

  4. Considering the same, the matter is disposed as withdrawn. The proceeding
     is closed.
  5. No Order as to cost.
