  1. The advocate for the Respondent submitted that in July 2024, the Respondent
     handed over the possession of the flat in question to the Complainant and he
     submitted that the Complainant uploaded the withdrawal application on the
     MahaRERA website. On 16.08.2024, the Complainant has uploaded a
     withdrawal application on the website.

  2. The Complainant is absent. It shows that the Complainant is not willing to
     proceed with the present complaint.

  3. Considering the absence of the Complainant before this Authority, this
     complaint is dismissed for lack of prosecution. The proceeding is closed.

  4. No Order as to cost.
