2. I/We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
      during the course of our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of
      this certificate.


3. We hereby confirm that We have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents,
      and the relevant records of [Promoter] for the period ended 31 March 2018 and hereby

      certi$r that :

      D        M/S. Millennium Developers have completed 100% of the projected titled "Divine"
              RERA Regishation Number P52100000055 situated at Survey No.129

              fadhavwadi road, Borhadewadi, Moshi, Pune 412105.
      ii)     Amount collected during the year for this project isRs.17,44,92,227 /- and amounts
              collected till date is Rs. 32,31,31,,779 /-
      iii)    Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 17,43,36,062/- and
              amounts withdrawn till date is Rs. 32,31,3I,779 /-
