  Reserve Wing 1 (“Project”)” bearing registration number P51800054703 with Maharashtra real estate
  regulatory authority and more than 51% allotees have booked their apartment.
  Accordingly, the process of formation of society has been duly initiated by us, being the promoter. We have
  submitted the requisite application for formation of the society to the concerned authority.
  We await further responses from the concerned authority in relation to the formation of society for the real
  estate project under reference.
