We have applied for registration of Project knowh as "GodJeJ Reserve Wing 1" bearing application No.
REA51800152557.

We would like to bring to inform you that, as per Table C Form 3 dated 2/02/2024 flied in the subject
application, Sr. No. 1 to 272 are approved units i.e. upto 52 floors and we are intending to construct
upto i.e. 56 floors which will form unit No. 273 to 296, which will be sanctioned by the approving
Authority in future and the same.is not mentioned in the Application for sale.

And Promoter hereby declare that, the Promoter,shall not sell the units above 53 floor till such units
are sanctioned/approved by the Approving Authority.

The Promoter is giving this declaration in order to clarify the same to public at larger and same Is for
