Dear Applicant/ Owner/ Developer,
There is no objection to your carrying out the work as per amended plans submitted by you online under reference for which
competent authority has accorded sanction, subject to the following conditions.

  1)   That all the conditions of I.O.D. under even No. dated 06.01.2022 and Amended under even No. dated. 27.07.2022 shall be complied
       with
  2)   That the C.C. shall be got endorsed as per the amended plan.

  3)   That the revised R.C.C. design & calculations from the registered Lic. Structural engineer shall be submitted before F.C.C

  4)   That the extra water sewerage charges as per the amended plans shall be paid to A.E.W.W. (R/C) before F.C.C.

  5)   That all the balance payments as per the amended plan shall be paid before C.C

  6)   That the Monthly progress report of work shall be submitted before F.C.C.

  7)   That the revised H.E. NOC as per the amended plan shall be submitted before F.C.C

  8)   That the Revised Janata Insurance Policy shall be submitted before F.C.C

  9) That all the conditions in the orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 15.03.2018 in the case of Dumping Ground shall be
     complied with.
 10) That the air pollution mitigation guideline as per circular u/No. MGC/F/1102 dtd 25.10.2023 shall be complied

 11) That the sensor-based air quality monitor for measuring PM2.5 and PM10 and display real time AQI data through an LED display board
     shall be installed at the construction site before C.C.
 12) "That, the photos of completed Rain Water Harvesting system shall be uploaded for plots having area of 500 sqm and more on the "Jal
     Sanchay Jan Bhagidari" portal (JSJB) (http://jsactr.mowr.gov.in/jsjb.aspx.) alongwith its Latitude and Logitude and acknowledgement of
     the same shall be submitted before applying for Occupation Certificate"
 13) That the N.O.C’s of P.C.O. and A.A.& C shall be submitted.
