             & Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
             ceftificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning
             Authority / Competent Authority.

         2. Accordingly, we  have obtained IOA      approval from
            Mumbai Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA),
             Reference No: MH/EE/(B.PyGMA{HADA-1/1314/2024                         dated 26th April, 2024. For
             building is approved l6 Upper Residential Floor.

         3. CC Dated 27.05.2024, granted up to l6thupperResidential Floor (out of approved up to
             l6th Floor).

         4. Further, Commencement Certificate approved will be uploaded under document section
             ofthis project.

             (Approved and valid commencement certificates and sanctioned plans are uploaded
             under appropriate fi elds)
