            1. We are a.ware as per section 4(2) (c & d) of RERA act, 2016 read with the rules &
                 regulatio.ns made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
                 certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from Planning
                 Authority/ Competent Authority.
            2.   Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Brihanmumbai Municipal
                 Corporation on 3rd July 2023 for Plot Bearing No/ CTS no/ Survey Number/Final Plot no.
                 2616, 2617, 2618, 2619, 2635, 2636, 2637, 2638, 2639 & 2640.(1 building Gr Floor+ 2
                 Floors)
            3.   Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans approved by Brihanmumbai
                 Municipal Corporation on 11th December 2023. Further, commencement certificate is
               granted up to 2nd floors. (Out of approved total Gr+ 2 floors).
            4. Further, Commencement certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will be uploaded
                 under documents section of this project immediately.
