           We are aware that as per section 4(2] (c &d) of RERAact, 2016, read with Rules &
           Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and
           commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to beobtained
           from the Planning Authority / Competent Authority,
      2.   Accordingly, we have obtained lavout approval from SLUM REHABILITATION
           AUTHORITY (SRA) appointed Executive Engineer (Planning authority) on
            20/6/2023 (Date), for 1 Building of -16 Floors (6 Additional Floors to be
            approved for Fungible FSI)
       3. Also, the commencement certificate/Buiding plans are approved from SLUM
           REHABILITATION AUTHORITY (SRA) appointed Executive Engineer (Planning
           authority) on 20/6I2023 (Date). Further,commencement certficate granted up to
           plinth level (Out of approved total-16 Floors (6 Additional Floors to be approved for
           Fungible FSI)
