competent authority has accorded sanction, subject to the following conditions.

  1)   That all the objections of this office Intimation of Disapproval under even no. Dated. 1.04.2024 shall be applicable and complied with

  2)   That the Revised R.C.C. design & calculation should be submitted before requesting F.C.C.

  3)   That extra water and sewerage charges will be paid A.E.W.W H/W ward before F.C.C.

  4)   That all the payments shall be paid before F.C.C.

  5)   That the C.C. shall be re-endorsed for carrying out the work as per Amended plans.

  6)   That the revalidated Janata Insurance Policy will be submitted before F.C.C.

  7)   That all the conditions in the NOC from SWM Department obtained online in response to application - P-12952/2022/(28)/H/W
