Our Responsibility: To carry out the work in accordance with the development permission and as per the approved plan and submit certificate of supervision work and to carry out material testing in-site or in the authorized laboratory and to ensure quality of work and workmanship as per prescribed specifications, and as per NBC and or other relevant code of practice. 1. Cement It has been tested for its fineness, initial and final setting time, and normal consistency test, etc. as per lS code 4031 Part I 1996, lS code 4031 Part V of 1988 lS code 4031 Part lV 1988, as per industry standard and its results are within the permissible limits. ii. Coarse aggregate 10mm Metal -1-Sieve Analysis Test, 20mm Metal -1-Sieve Analysis Test, it has been tested for gradation, deleterious materials, clay lumps as per lS code 383:1970, lS code 383.1970 2386 PART l, lS 2386 PART lll, lS 2386 PART lV, and lS code 383:2016 as per industry standards and its results are within the permissible limits. iii. BricUs/BlocUs: Bricks- Bricks have been tested for compressive strength as per lS code 3495 Part 1.1992, size of bricks as per lS Code 1077:1992, determination of water absorption as per lS 3495 Part ll:1992, determination of efflorescence as per lS 3495 Part lll:1992, etc. AAC Blocks- AAC blocks have been tested for water absorption, compressive strength, block density, moisture content as per lS code 2185 Part 1-2005, lS code 2185 Part 1-1984 IV Concrete/ Ready Mix Concrete It has been tested for compressive strength, calibration, workability, slump as per lSCode 456:2000 and lS code 4926:2003, lS code 516, lS code't199: 2018 as per industry standards and its results are within the permissible limits. Structutal / Steel for Concrete- It has been tested as per lS code: 1786. 2008, as per industry standards for tensile strength, elongation, rolling margin, yield, strength, bend, re-bend, gauge length etc. and its results are within the permissible limits. vi Testing of other materials: Other materials like sand, crushed sand, floor tiles, fixtures and fittings, pipes and sanitary fittings etc. used in this project conform to relevant IS/BS/NBC code or as per standards laid down by the industry for particular materials. 2. Workmanship: - I hereby certify that the work has been carried out under my supervision. I further certify that workmanship and quality is satisfactory and up to the mark and the work has been acceptable within the permissible limits of deviations as per the relevant code of practice. Electrical Matelals and Workmanship: - I hereby certify that the work of all the electrical wirings/ connections / lift installations/ other electrical installations have been carried out under authorized/ registered electrical engineer and records have been maintained. The materials used conform to the relevant lS/ B.S/ National Building codes or as per lndustry standards. 4. Structural Engineer: - The Promoters have appointed Structural Engineers viz. M/s Shanghvi and Associates Consultants Private Limited Having License No. STR/S/193 having Office No 02226144832, Mobile No. 9867300054. The Structural design of the building in this project has been done under supervision. The formwork and concrete mix design has been done as per lS Code 1 0262:2009 or as per other relevant codes as applicable. The periodic checks and certificates for STABILITY and SAFETY have been kept on record. 5. Preservation of Records: - The record of all test results of this project have been properly kept in the prescribed format and will be preserved at least up to the Defect Liability Period or for the period as required by any other provisions of law. 6. Please specify materials or any other items of work which did not conform to the standard specifications, and which were not rejected. - Not Applicable.
