       1   . We are aware that as per section 412) (c & d) of RERA Act, 2016 read with Rules and Regulations
          made thereunder, an authenticated copy of approvals and commencement certificate, sanctioned plan
          and layout are required to be obtained from Competent Authority.
       2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval (Concessions) from [vlunicipal Corporation of Greater
          tVlumbai bearing No. FP No. 28, of TPS Santacruz No. ll, of village 'G' ward, at Juhu Road, Santacruz
          West, in HAff Ward Mumbai -400 054 for building having stilt for parking and 12 residential floors.
       3. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval (lOD) from tt/unicipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai
          bearing No. P-12952120221(28yHM Ward/FP/lOD/1/New for FP No. 28, of TPS Santacruz No. ll, of
          village 'G'ward , at Juhu Road, Santacruz West, in HAN Ward Mumbai -400 054 for building having
          stilt+2 podiums and 8 residential floors dated 29tn l{iay,2023.
       4. Also, the Commencement Certificate is approved by tt/lunicipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai bearing
          No. P-1 2952120221 (28)lHM Ward/FP/CC/1/New for FP No. 28, of TPS Santacruz No. ll, of village 'G'
          ward , at Juhu Road, Santacruz West, in H/VVWard ltlumbai -400 054, Dated lBth October,2023'for
          up to top of 2nd Podium i.e. at 1 1 .15 mtr, as per the approved IOD plans dated 2910512023.
       5. Further, Commencement Certificate is approved by Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai bearing
          No P-12952120221(28)/HA/V Ward/FP/FCC/1/New for FP No. 28, of TPS Santacruz No. ll, of village 'G'
          ward, at Juhu Road, Santacruz West, in H/W Ward ltlumbai -400 054, dated 05th July 2024'for up to
          top of 1Oth Floor i.e., height up to 35.15 mtr. AGL as per approved plan dated 0110412024.
       6. Further, Commencement Certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will be uploaded under
          document section of this project immediately.
