Reference : Online submission of plans dated 16.01.2024

Dear Applicant/ Owner/ Developer,
There is no objection to your carrying out the work as per amended plans submitted by you online under reference for which
competent authority has accorded sanction, subject to the following conditions.

  1)   That all the conditions of IOD under even number P-12952/2022/(28)/H/W Ward/FP/IOD/1/New Dated- 29.05.2023 shall be complied
       with.
  2)   That Structural Stability Certificate from Structural Engineer shall be submitted for extension/additional floors.

  3)   That the revised R.C.C. drawing/designs, calculations shall be submitted.

  4)   That the valid Janata Insurance Policy in the name of site under reference shall be submitted.

  5)   That all the payments shall be made.

  6)   That the C.C. shall be got re-endorsed.

  7)   That the revised N.O.C. from H.E. shall be submitted before requesting C.C

  8)   That extra water and sewerage charges will be paid to A.E.W.W. H/West Ward before C.C.

  9)   That “All Dues Clearance Certificate” related to H.E.’s dept shall be submitted.

 10) That NOC From A.A. & C (H- West) ward shall be submitted.

 11) That the verification of AMSL of completed work shall be done before F.C.C. The AMSL of the topmost part of the building under
     reference shall also be verified before O.C.C.
 12) That the work shall be carried out between 6.00am to 10.00p.m. only.

 13) That the dry wet garbage shall not be separated and the wet garbage generated in the building shall be treated separately on the same
     plot by the residents/ occupants of the building in the jurisdiction of M.C.G.M. The necessary condition in Sale Agreement to that effect
     shall not be incorporated by Developer/Owner.
 14) That NOC from SWM Department for disposal of construction waste along with original bank guarantee of applicable amount shall be
     submitted before FCC.
 15) That all the conditions in the order of Hon’ble Supreme court of India, dated 15/03/2018 in the case of Dumping Ground shall be
     complied with and bank Guarantee for the same shall be submitted. Any breach will entail the cancellation of building permission and
     the work will be liable to be stopped immediately.
 16) That all the conditions and directions specified in the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 15/03/2018 in Dumping Ground case shall
     be complied with before starting demolition of structures and/ or starting any construction work.
 17) That adequate safeguards shall be employed in consultation with SWM Dept. of MCGM for preventing dispersal of particles through air
     and the construction debris generated shall be deposited in specific sites inspected and approved by MCGM.

 18) The construction and demolition waste shall be handled and transported to the designated unloading site as approved by E.E.(SWM)
     vide NOC Under Number SWM/17670/2023/H/W/WS Dated 08.11.2023 and comply with all conditions mentioned in the said NOC.
 19) The work shall be carried out strictly as per approved plan.

 20) The guidelines as per circular CHE/DP/214/Gen dated 15.09.2023 and MGC/F/1102 dated 25/10/2023 regarding measures to be taken
     to control the environmental pollution due to building construction activities shall be strictly complied with.
 21) That charges for Pest Control shall be paid/ NOC shall be obtained from P.C.O. H/West Ward before C.C. and O.C.C.
