                 S.No. 2g(P) CST No. 50A, Pahadi Goregaon, Goregaon (w)having an area of
                 7 0339.7 4 sqm. (APProx.)


             1. We are aware that as per section apl (e & d) of RERA act.2016 read with rules &
                Regulations made there under a authenticated copy on approvals and
                commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be
                 obtained from the Planning Authority / competent Authority.

             2. Accordingly, we have obtained. amended layout approval from Cell / Platningl
                 Authority MHADA on 09.O4.2019 for the above said projectat land bearing S.No.
                 2g(P) CST No. 5OA, Pahadi Goregaon, Goregaon (W)'

             3. Also, the commencement certificate / building plans are approved by MHADA on
                  LSlO3l2O19. This commencement certificate is granted up to Stilt + 23 Upper


             4. Further, commencement certificate / approvals as and when approved will be
                 uploaded under documents section of this project immediately.
