        DECLARATION FOR NO DEVIATON REPORT FOR AGREEMENT FOR SALE.


     Sub: No Deviation Declaration andclearance certificate with respect to
             the said property of Borivali Kesar Kripa Co-operative Housing
             Society Limited”, a Registered Co-operative Housing Society
             Limited registered under No. BOM/WR/HSG/TC/1461/1984-85 dated
             17/1/1985     having     its   registered   office   at   Final    Plot     No.17,
             Chandavarkar Road, Borivali (West), Mumbai – 400 092, wherein I
             have caused to peruse and consider the documents pertaining to
             the title of all that piece and parcel of land bearing Original Plot No.
             5/A, Final Plot No. 17, TPS-l admeasuring area 962 Sq.mtrs. at
             Village- Borivali, Taluka- Borivali which is forming part of larger
             layout corresponding to CTS No. 595, 591(1) total admeasuring area
             7583.4 sq.mtrs in the Registration District and Sub-District of Mumbai
             and Mumbai Suburban along with an existing society building
             standing thereon known as “Borivali Kesar Kripa Co-operative
             Housing     Society    Limited”,    (Hereinafter     referred     to   as    “said
             Property”).



     Respected Sir/Madam,

         1.We the undersigned hereby state and declare that vide circular
         dated 1/7/2022 issued by MAHARERA for submission of proforma of
Agreement for sale and Allotment letter under compliance of clause
(g) of sub section 2 and Section 4 it is mandatory to submit this
deviation report.


2. We hereby confirm that the sample format of Agreement for Sale
issued by RERA Authority and proforma draft submitted by the society
does not have any major deviation in the draft which is enclosed
herewith except addition/modification in clause no. 8 (ii) and clause
no 20, 21, 22 and 23. Hence such additional clauses are incorporated
to protect the interest of the society and buyer/s/allottee.


3. Wherein we once again confirm that there is no major deviation in
the draft submitted herein.
