        1. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c & d) of the RERA Act, 2016 read with rules and
           regulations made there under, an authenticated copy of the approval and commencement
           certificate, sanction plan, and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning
           Authority / Competent Authority.

        2. Accordingly, we have obtained approval from the Executive Engineer (BP Cell),
           MCGM on 03/10/2022 For the Basement + Ground floor + 1st floors for commercial.

        3. Also. The commencement certificate / Building plans are approved by Executive
           Engineer, (BP CELL) MCGM on 30/09/2023. Further, a commencement certificate is
           granted up to Plinth Habitable Floors. (Out of approved total 3 Habitable Floors).

        4. Further, the commencement certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will be
           uploaded under the document section of this project immediately.
