Dear Applicant/ Owner/ Developer,
There is no objection to your carrying out the work as per amended plans submitted by you online under reference for which
competent authority has accorded sanction, subject to the following conditions.

  1)   All the objection of this office I.O.D. under even no. P--11253/2022/(FP No. 18-19-79 to 81 And Other)/H/W Ward/Santacruz-HW/337
       Dated -18/07/2023 shall be applicable and should be complied with.
  2)   That the revised structural design/calculations/details/drawings shall be submitted before extending C.C.

  3)   That every part of the building constructed and more particularly overhead water tank will be provided with proper access for the staff of
       Insecticide Officer with a provision of temporary but safe and stable ladder.
  4)   That the infrastructural works, such as; construction of hand holes /manholes, ducts for underground cables, concealed wiring inside
       the flats/rooms, rooms/space for telecom installations etc. required for providing telecom service shall be provided.
  5)   That the Janata Insurance Policy with the name of site under reference shall be submitted.

  6)   That the all requisite fees, premiums, development charges deposits shall be paid before applying of C.C.

  7)   That the C.C. shall be got endorsed as per the amended plan.

  8)   That the work shall be carried out between 6.00 am to 10.00 p.m. only.

  9)   That the Labour Welfare Tax 1% of construction cost as per ready reckoner shall be paid.

 10) That the last paid bill and receipt of A.A. & C. shall be submitted.

 11) That “All Dues Clearance Certificate” related to H.E.’s dept. from the concerned A.E.W.W. [H/West Ward] for the increased area shall be
     submitted before applying for C.C.
 12) That adequate safeguards shall be employed in consultation with SWM Dept. of BMC for preventing dispersal of particles through air
     and the construction debris generated shall be deposited in specific sites inspected and approved by BMC.
 13) That all condition and direction specified in the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 15.3.2018 in dumping ground case shall be
     complied with.
 14) That the project proponent shall indemnify BMC and its staff against any litigation, disputes, RERA compliances etc. regarding
     theinstallment payment facility availed by them.
 15) That the precautionary measures for control of air pollution form building construction activity, shall be taken as per Mumbai Air
     Pollution Mitigation plan approved vide No. MGC/A/1386/13-03-2023, as per Circular issued vide Dt. 15-09-2023 and Guidelines issued
     by Hon’ble Municipal Commissioner vid Dt. 25-10-2023.
