                 Situated On Plot No. 14, Vishwakarma Marg, Nahur, Mulund (West),Mumbai -
                 400080.

                1 . We are aware that as per section al2] (c & d) of RERA act 2016, read with Rules
                    and Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and
                    commencement certificate,    sanctioned plan and layout are required to be
                    obtained from the Planning Authority/ Competent Authority.
                2 . Accordingly we have obtained building plans approval from MCGM on 23rd June
                    2023 for GROUND FLOOR + 20 UPPER FLOORS
                3 . Also, the commencement certificate is approved by MCGM on O5thOctober 2023,
                    which is granted up to Pltnth (Out of approved total GROUND FLOOR + 20
                    UPPERFLOORS.)
                4 . Further, commencement certificate/ approvals as and when approved will be
                    uploaded under document section of the project immediately. (Approved and valid
                    commencement certificates and sanctioned plans are uploaded under appropriate
                    fields)
