                            STRUCTURE ENGINEER CERTIFICATE

        The building named as “Rajhans Solitaire” having Site Address at C.T.S. No. 177,
177 /1 to 11 of Village Malad-E, P/N ward, Malad (East), Mumbai, Mumbai has been
constructed under construction. The Civil Building plans for the same are approved by Ex Engr
EEBP CHE/9543/BPWS/AP/IOD/1/New Dated- 13 March 2023 having Ground Floor + 4th Floor
+ Terrace as per Approved Building Drawing.

         This is to certify that, the lift machine room slab for lift for the above building has been
designed by me us in accordance with the specification of the elevator manufacture confirming
the relevant I.S. and National Building Code 2005 and the same is structurally sound to take the
imposed load of the machinery.

          Also, it is certified that, the Lift Shaft is constructed with water proof walls by MS
structure had adequate Strength and have been designed & constructed as per the requirement
laid in The Maharashtra Lift Rules 1958, National Building Code 2005 and relevant I.S. is having
fire resistance of two hours.

      The certificate is issued for complying the statutory Requirements laid in “The
Maharashtra Lift Rules 1958”
