        J     Commencement Certificate/Approvals CC dated 0l .08.2023, granted up to top of stilt
              (out of approved Stilt+10 floors), Further sanction CC for upper floors will be uploaded
              under documents section of the project immediately as and when approved by the
              concern authority.
