       certifying Percentage of Completion of Construction Work of for the building
       SKANDIVALI SANGHVI CO.OP. HOUSING SOCIETY LTD. (RERA                 Number    -
       P51800053396) on Plot bearing C.T.S No. 3, 3/1 to 38 of village Akurli and
       C.T.S.No. 377/A, 377/1 to 20 of Village Poisar at Kamala Nehru Cross Road No.01
       Kandivali (West), Mumbai-400067, being developed by M/s. TAMOS ASSOCIATES

           1. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-
                    (i)    Shri. A. A. Mehta as License Surveyor.
                    (ii)   Mr. H M Raje as Structural Consultant.
                    (iii)  Shri. Hemant Madhani as Site Supervisor.


      Based on Site Inspection, with respect to each of the Building of the aforesaid Real
      Estate Project , I certify that as on the date of this certificate, the Percentage of Work
      done for each of the buildings of the Real Estate Project as registered vide number -
      under MahaRERA is as per table A herein below. The percentage of the work executed
      with respect to each of the activity of the entire phase is detailed in Table B.
