      1. In accordance with the requirements to register under MahaRERA, we
           would like to declare that we are a Co‐operative Housing Society
           undertaking the said Project as a Self Redevelopment Project majorly
           for the benefit of our members and since no security interest is being
           created while undertaking the project, the project is not required to
           registered under CERSAI.
