 named as "Arihant Sky" located at "Existing building no.40, known as Subhash Nagar Jai Hind
 CHS Ltd, C.T.S. No. 830(pt.), Situated at Village - Chembur at Subhash Nagar, Taluka -
 Kurla, Dist. - Mumbai Suburban - 400071".

 As per Order no. 26/2021 dated 29/10/2021 we are providing this undertaking and we state the
 no security interest/ charge have been created and therefore NO CERSAI report is required.
 We confirm the above undertaking is true and correct.
