           1. We are aware that as section 4 (2) ( c & d ) of Rera act 2016 Read with Rules and regulations made
               there under a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement certificate, sanctioned plan
               and layout are required to be obtained from Planning Authority I Competent Authority


           2. We have obtain layout Approval from MCGM ( Planning Authority ) on 24/04/2023 (Date) for
               Building Constructed up to grH Floors


           3. Also the commencement certificate          I building plans are approved by (Planning authority
               /Competent Authority) on 30/05/2023 Further commencement certificate is granted up to
               plinth/With FSI ) grH Habitable I Floors.( Out of Approved Total NINE Habitable I Floors.
               Provide table if there are more than one building.


           4. Further Commencement Certificate I approval as and when approved will he uploaded under
               document section of this project immediately.

               appropriate fields) .
