Dear Applicant/ Owner/ Developer,
There is no objection to your carrying out the work as per amended plans submitted by you online under reference for which
competent authority has accorded sanction, subject to the following conditions.

  1)   That all the conditions of I.O.D. under even No. CHE/WS/5497/H/E/337 (NEW)/IOD/1/Amend dated 15-02-2021 and amended plan
       approved letter dated 24.11.2021 shall be complied with.
  2)   That the revised structural design / calculations / details / drawings shall be submitted before extending C.C.

  3)   That payment towards following shall be made before asking for C.C.a) Additional Development Charges.b) Extra Water / Sewerage
       charges at A.E.W.W. ‘ H/E Ward Office.c) Labour welfare Cess.d) Fungible Premium e ) Staircase, lift, lift lobby premium for both wingf )
       Open space deficiencyg) Additional development cess
  4)   That the C.C. shall be got endorsed as per the amended plan.

  5)   That the Additional set back area shall be handed over to MCGM before Further CC and RUT to handover additional set back area
       shall be submitted before endorsement of CC P.R. Card in name of MCGM shall be submitted before occupation.
  6)   That the C.C. shall be got endorsed as per the amended plan.

  7)   That the Janata Insurance Policy or policy to cover the compensation claims arising out of workman's compensation Act 1923 shall be
       submitted and also will be renewed during the construction work
  8)   That the latest paid bill with receipt from A.A. & C. [H-East] shall be submitted.

  9) That the quality control for building work / for structural work / supervision of the work shall be done and certificate to that effect shall be
     submitted periodically.
 10) That the testing of building material to be used on the subject work shall be done and results of the same shall be submitted periodically

 11) That the debris shall be transported to the respective Municipal dumping site and challans to that effect shall be submitted online to this
     office for record
 12) That the work shall be carried out strictly as per approved plan.

 13) That the SWM NOC and Bank guarantee shall be revalidated from time to time.

 14) That this approval is without Prejudice to Legal matters/any matters pending in Court of Law, if any, which shall be noted

 15) that the height verification will be done from MIAL/Adani
