     With reference to the above, as required as per procedures laid in policy circular no
CHE/DPI674/Gen DTD 06 /04 12018 regarding the procedures to be followed for oblaining the C
&D waste NOC from MCGM in compliance with the Hon. Supreme Court order in SLP ( civil )
No. 23708/2017, dtd,15 /03/2018, my clients, Ms. Surekha Suryakant Sarangdhar, Co-Owner &
Authority holder on behalf of,02 other Co-Plot Owners, are applying for the ONLINE SWM NOC
from office of Ex.Eng. SWM, Zone-3 for which the Bank Guarantee is obtained for the due
 submission.
       Kindly note that the earier Bank Guarantee no 008220000000996, dtd 28/06/2022
for Rs. 5.00,000.00 was valid upto 31/03/2025. Now my clients have obtained the "Extension of
the Validity period" of the said B.G. and the same is now valid upto 31 /03 /2026. Now as required
as per procedures laid in the said policy dtd 06 /04 12018 please find enclosed herewith the
"ORIGINAL EXTENSION TO BANK GUARANTEE" as to be subitted in the Online S.W.M
remarks/ NOC for your record and custody. the details of which are as below:
