     the parties and the Complainant has uploaded withdrawal application on
     MahaRERA website.

  2. It is seen that the Complainant has filed a withdrawal application dated
     08/01/2025, and there is the signature of Mr. Yash Rajesh Agrawal on the
     withdrawal application.

  3. The Complainant confirmed the contents of the said withdrawal application.

  4. Considering the same, the matter is disposed as withdrawn. The proceeding
     is closed.
