                 195/47 of Village Ghatkopar, at Garodia Nagar Layout, Ghatkopar (East),
                 Mumbai -400077. Admeasuring 1839.20 sq.mts area being developed by
                 promoter M/s. Garodia Nagar Mahavir Dham CHS LTD.

   Sir,
      I, Shri. Yash Rajesh Agarwal, have undertaken assignment as Architect. Certifying
   Percentage of Completion of Construction work of building situated at plot no. 48 to
   51 bearing CTS No. 195/47 of Village Ghatkopar, at Garodia Nagar Layout,
   Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai -400077., admeasuring 1839.20 sq.mts area being
   developed by promoter M/s. Garodia Nagar Mahavir Dham CHS LTD.

   Following technical professionals are appointed by Promoter:
   1. Shri. Yash Rajesh Agarwal as Architect
   2      Shri. Kirtikumar H Shah as Structural Consultant
   3      Shri. Abhishek Savenkar as MEP Consultant
   4      Shri. Navanath Aiwale as site Engineer.


   Based on Site Inspection, with respect to the building of the aforesaid Real Estate
   Project, I certify that as on the date of this certificate. The Percentage of the work
   done of the building of the Real Estate Project as registered vide number
   P51800052562 under Maharera is as per table ’A’ herein below. The Percentage of the
   work executed with respect to each of the activity of the entire Phase is detailed in
   Table ’B’.
