                   DECLARATION FOR NO CERSAI REPORT

 1, SRI. Sundeep Anand Jagasia Director of M/S. SHREE KRISHNA HOMES PVT
LTD hereby declare and certify that: -
    1. The firm has undertaken development of project viz. SUYOG situated at
       Plot of land bearing CS/CTS/survey no. 1031, Village Chembur, Chembur
      (East), Mumbai- 400 071.
   2. As per orders/circulars issued from time to time by the MahaRERA, it is
       mandatory for the promoters to submit the report from CERSAI on
      security interest created in the Real Estate project along with the
      encumbrance certificate. Further, in case where no security interest has
      been created then the promoter shall provide an undertaking confirming
      the same.

   3. In respect of the said project viz. SUYOG                 we hereby confirm that at
      present no security interest in the real estate project has been created.
      Hence, presently, it is not required for the promoter to submit reports
      from CERSAI in respect of the project under consideration.
   4. This self-certifying declaration is made for the purpose of registration of
      the SUYOG project with the MahaRERA.
