                I, Mr. Dhaval Rajnikant Ajmera, the (Partner/Authorized Signatory)
         of Vishal Construction the promoter of the proposed project Building
         NO.2 "AJMERA SHIKHAR" of the property more particularly described
         in the schedule below, do hereby state as follows:

         We are developing a piece and parcel of land admeasuring 2797.26
         square meters or thereabouts comprising of land bearing slum and non-
         slum plot bearing bearing Survey no. 46 Hissa no. 1 and 2 (part) and
         bearing corresponding CTS nos. 512/B (Pt) and 512/B/1 to 512/B/28
         all of Village Malad (North), Taluka Borivali in the Registration District of
         Mumbai Suburban, lying being and situate at Narsing Lane, Malad West,
         Mumbai 400 064. We are registering the project under the Real Estate
         (Regulation & Development) Act 2016 (“RERA”) read with the provisions
         of the Act.

         We hereby state that, we have created a charge/mortgage in respect only
         of our rights in the aforesaid property in favor of lender as detailed
         below.
