          I, Mr. Dhaval Rajnikant Ajmera, the (Partner/Authorized Signatory) of
          Vishal Construction the promoter of the proposed project Building No.2
          "AJMERA SHIKHAR do hereby state that the following mortgages have
          been created on the schedule of property with IndusInd Bank Limited.

          I say that due to some technical issue the CERSAI report is not available
          and do hereby agree and undertake to upload the CERSAI Report for the
          proposed project as soon as it is received.

          I hereby state that, the Promoter has availed a term loan Rs. 175 crores
          from IndusInd Bank upon the project. IndusInd bank therefore has
          created a lien/charge on the project by executing a registered Deed of
          Mortgage as below.
