     As specified in the Act, All the amounts withdrawn duriug the year from RERA Bank Account were within
     the withdrawal limit as certified under the relevant Form 1, Form 2 and Form 3 issued during the reporting
     period? - We have verified withdrawal limit as certified under Form 3 issued during the fiancial Year and the
     amount withdrawn is within the limit.
C. Utilisation
     We certify that, LASHKARIA HOUSING AND INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LTD LASHKARIA INDRASUKH PROJECT has
     utilized the amounts withdrawn from designated bank account towards project cost as specified in the act.

D. Observations of CA.
1 Certain common expenses have been allotted and considered for this project based on classification provided and
   certified by the management.
2 The amount collected from earliar booking members who had booking in other projects have transfered their fund
   to this project, such amount is considered in the total amount collected from allottee, but such amount is not
   deposited in the designated bank account of this project.
3 Sum Allottees initially purchased their flats in another project i.e. LASHKARIA PEARL having Rera No P51800023377,
   but subsequently transferred their allotment to this project. The sum of amount received up to transfer of allotment
   is Rs.4,55,70,000/- and the company deposited Rs. 3,18,99,000/- in Rera account of LASHKARIA PEARL.
