        2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Slum Rehabilitation Authority
        on 19/07 /2022, for 2 Sale Building (A Wing Ground + 6 Podium +22 Upper
        Floors & B Wing Ground+ 5 Podium 23 Upper Floors.
        3 . Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by the Slum
        Rehabilitation Authority on 09/03/2023 .. Further, commencement certificate is granted
        up to Plinth Level. (Out of approved Total 2 Sale Building (A Wing Ground +6 Podium
        22 Upper Floors & B Wing Ground + 5 Podium + 23 Upper Floors.
        4. Further, commencement certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will . be
        uploaded under the document section of this project immediately.
