             Zero FSI.
              3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by the
              Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai on 06/06/2023. Further,
              commencement certificate is granted up to Plinth Level (Out of approved Total
              Wing A and Wing B - Plinth Level Zero FSI)
              4. Further, commencement certificate/ approvals. as and when approved will be
              uploaded under the document section of this pn.i_;.�ct immediately.
