           particularly described in the schedule given below, do hereby state
           that as follows.

           meters or thereabouts comprising of land bearing plots no C.T.S Nos.
           1A/1, 1A/2, 1A/3, and 1A/6 of Village Anik, Taluka Kurla, in the
           registration Sub-District of Mumbai Suburban and as such we are
           registering the project under the Real Estate (Regulation &
           Development) Act 2016 (“RERA”) read with the provision of the Act.


           We hereby state that wehave created a charge/ mortgage in respect
           only of our right in the aforesaid property in favor of lender as detailed
