Dear Applicant/ Owner/ Developer,
There is no objection to your carrying out the work as per amended plans submitted by you online under reference for which
competent authority has accorded sanction, subject to the following conditions.

  1)   That all the objections of this office I.O.D under No. CHE/WSII/3031/R/N/337(NEW) dated 20.10.2018 shall be applicable and should
       be complied with.
  2)   That the revised R.C.C design & calculations shall be submitted before C.C

  3)   That the extra water and sewerage charges shall be paid before C.C.

  4)   That the no dues pending certificate from A.E.W.W. (R/N) Ward shall be submitted.

  5)   That the revised H.E. N.O.C. shall be submitted

  6)   That the valid Janta Insurance Policy shall be submitted.

  7)   That the one-time PCO charges shall be paid.

  8)   That the monthly progress report shall be submitted.

  9)   That all the conditions in the N.O.C. from S.W.M. department shall be complied with. and valid SWM NOC shall be complied with.

 10) That all the conditions in the orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 15.03.2018 in the case of Dumping Ground shall be
     complied with.
 11) That the valid Bank Guarantee of Rs. 20,00,000/- shall be furnished solely for the purpose of ensuring compliance of the conditions in
     the Waste Management Plan/ Debris Management Plan approved by SWM department of MCGM, till grant of full Occupation
     Certificate.
 12) That all the balance payments, shall be paid before C.C.

 13) that all the directives stated in Air Pollution Mitigation Guideline Circular u/No. MGC/F/1102 dtd 25.10.2023 shall be strictly followed and
     Compliance report to that effect shall be submitted time to time.
 14) That in breach of any of the above conditions, this approval is liable to be revoked
