         situated on the plot bearing CTS No. I 085, I 085/1 to 8 of village Chembur, demarcated by its boundaries
         (latitude and longitude of the end points) 19.0581961-72.8977332 to the Northl 9.0581232-72.8979315 to
         the South, 19.0578435-72.8989705 to the East l9.0579214-72.8976226 to the West Village Chembur,
         Mumbai, Taluka Kurla District M.S.D. admeasuring 864.50 sq.mtr. being developed by Mis. Laxmina
         Argentum Realties India Pvt. Ltd. The building consists Stilt + 8 Upper floors as per plans approved by
         BMC vide P-14400/2023/(1085 And Other)/M/W Ward/CHEMBUR-W DT.25-05-2023.


         Based on Site inspection dt. 29-03-2024, with respect to Layout/ each of the Building/Wing of the aforesaid
         Real Estate Project. I certify that as on the date of this certificate, the Percentage of Work done for each of
         the building/Wing of the Real Estate Project under MahaRERA is as per Table A herein below. The
         percentage of the work executed with respect to each of the activity of the entire phase is detailed in
         Table 8.
