 Regulations made thereunder, an authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
 certificate, sanctioned plan, and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning Authority
 / Competent Authority.
 2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Municipal Corporation of Greater
 Mumbai on 25/05/2023, for One Building- Wing A- Ground+ 8 Upper Floors.
 3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by the Municipal
 Corporation of Greater Mumbai on 14/07/2023. Further, commencement certificate is
 granted up to Plinth Level. (Out of approved Total. One Building- Wing A- Ground+ 8
 Upper Floor,!i.)
 4. Further, commencement certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will be uploaded
 under the document section ofthis project immediately.
