P51800024339 situated on the Plot bearing CTS No. 196A of Village Juhu Plot No.3/13

       (i)     Mr. Premal K. Gogri as Licensed Surveyor;
       (ii)    Mr. Bhavin M Shah as Structural Consultant
       (iii)   Mr. Hitesh R. Solanki as Site Supervisor
3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site
Supervisor; and to the best my/our knowledge I/We hereby certify that “TULIP” has
been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been erected /
constructed and enlarged.
The “TULIP” building is granted Full Occupancy Certificate (for part Stilt + 1st to
11th + 12th (pt) upper floors) bearing number MH/EE/(BP)/GM/MHADA-
104/238/2023 dated 3rd May 2023 by the Executive Engineer, BP Cell, Greater Mumbai,
MHADA.
