   1. The Proforma of the allotment letter and agreement for sale as
      required for upload under DOCUMENT UPLOAD section in online
      registration application of "RAJESHWARI BHAVAN" project with
      MAHARERA are under preparation at the time of Registration.
   2. It is further declared that the firm shall adhere to Real Estate
      Regulatory Act and Rules, Regulations made there under for
      preparation of these documents and shall upload them as soon as
      they are ready.
   3. This self-certified declaration is made for the purpose of
      registration of the said project named "RAJESHWARI BHAVAN
      with MAHARERA.
