Dear Sir,

\y'/e, Atul Projects lndia Private Limited, promoter of the project Samarth Blue Mountains, have acquired
the Development Rights in respect of the aforesaid land under the registered Development Agreement
dated 10/09/2007, executed between Lucky Developers (as Land Owners) and ourselves (as the
Developers) for the consideration and terms and conditions as stipulated therein. (The said documents
are submitted on RERA Website with our application of Registration). Accordingly the land owners are
the Co-Promoters of the said property.

The RERA application form requires an Affidavit cum Declaration (Form B) of the Co-promoters.

However, since the Co-Promoters are not cooperating with us (developers) to get the project registered,
we are filing the application for registration of the project without the said document.

As soon as the co-promoters co-operate and willing to execute the said document (Form B), we will
submit and upload it on RERA V/ebslte.
