demarcated by its boundaries, CTS No. 2677 to the North, 2680 to the South, 2673 to
the East & 9.15 Mtr wide Daulat Nagar Road No. 7 to the West of Division Eksar village,
Road No. 7, Daulat Nagar, Borivali (E), Mumbai – 400066 admeasuring 425 sq.mts. area
being developed by M/s. RishabrajBalaji Infra.

I/ We AR.HIRAL M.SOMAIYA have undertaken assignment as Architect /Licensed Surveyor
of certifying Percentage of Completion of Construction Work of the –Building having single
Wing of the Phase I of the Project, situated on the plot bearing 2678, 2678/1 to 3, 2679,
2679/1 to 3 of Eksar village, Road No. 7, Daulat Nagar, Borivali (E), Mumbai – 400066
admeasuring 425 sq.mts. area being developed by M/s. RishabrajBalaji Infra.
2. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter:-
       (i)     M/s/Shri/Smt AR.HIRAL M.SOMAIYA as L.S. / Architect ;
       (ii)    M/s Nexus Project Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Structural Consultant
       (iii)   M/s Nexus Project Solutions Pvt. Ltdas MEP Consultant
       (iv)    Shri. Jitendra Udani as Site Supervisor




3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and SiteSupervisor;
and to the best of my/our knowledge I/We hereby certify that SHANKESHWAR DARSHAN
Building/SINGLE Wing of the Building has been completed in all aspects and isfit for
occupancy for which it has been erected / re-erected / constructed and enlarged.The
SHANKESHWAR        DARSHAN      Building/SINGLE       Wing   of    the   Building   is   granted
OccupancyCertificate/Completion         Certificate      bearing         number          [CHE/A-
5260/BP(WS)/AR/OCC/1/New dated 16/10/2020 by MCGM (LocalPlanning Authority).
