       L. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c & d) of RERA act 20!6, read with
           Rules and Regulations made there under, an authenticated copy of approvals
          and commencement c'efuificate, sanctioned plan and layout are i'equired to
          be obtained from the Planning Authority/ Competent Authority.
       2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Slum Rehabilitation
          Authority 6n LO/02/2025.
       3. Also, the commencement certificate / Building plans are approved by Slum
          Rehabilitation Authority (Planning Authority/Competent authority) on
          77 /O2/2O23. Further commencement certificate is granted up to 22
      - Habitable floors. (Out of approved total 22 Habitable floors.)
       4. Further, commencernent certificate/ approvals as and when approved will be
          uploaded uniler document section of the project immediately.
