1. We M/s NEXUS PSPL have undertaken dssignment of certifying Estimated Cost for Maharashtra Mandir
having Maha RERA Registration Number P51800024024 being developed by M/s. Adhikari Engineering Pvt
Ltd.


2. We have estimated the cost of Civil, MEP and allied works required for completibn, of lhe apartments and
proportionate completion of internal & external works of the projects as per specifications mentioned in
agreement of sale. Our estimated cost calculations are based on the drawings/plans made available to us for
the project under reference by the Developer_/ Consultants. The Schedule of items and quantity required for
lhe entire work as calculated by M/s NEXUS PSPL Quantitysurveyor* appointed by Developer/Engineer, the
assumption ofthe cost of material, labouf and other inputs made by developer, and the site inspection canied
out by us to ascertain / confirm the above analysis given to us.

3. We estimate Tolal Estimated Cost of completion of the aforesaid project under reference at Rs 38,8 g,7g,O22t-
(Total of Table A and B) at the iime of Registration. The estimated Total Cost of project is with reference to the
Civil, MEP and Allied works required for completion ofthe apartments and proportionate completion of internal
&. external works of the projects as per specifications mentioned in agreement of sale and for the purpose of
obtaining ocAupation certmcate/ completion certificate forthe Building(s)/ Wing(s) /Layout / Plotted Development
from the b6ing the Planning Authority under whose jurisdiction the aforesaid project is being implemented.

4. The Estimated Cost Incurred till date is calculated at RF 24,81,69,098/- (TotalofTable A and B). The amount
of Estimated Cost Incuned is calculated on the basis of input materials /services used and unit cost of these
items.

5. The Balance Cost of Completion of the Civil, MEP and Allied works for completion of the apartments and
proportionate completion of internal & exlernal works of the projects as per specifications mentioned in
agreement of sale of the Proiect is estimated at Rs. 14,08,09,924l- (Total of Table A and B).

6. I certiry that the Cost of the Civil, MEP and allied work for the apartments and proporlionate completion of
intemal & extemal works of the projecls as per specifications mentioned in agreement of sale of the aforesaid
POect as completed on the date of this certificate is as given in Table A and B below:
