This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development)
Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and Development)(Registration of Real
Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules,
2017. It is pertinent to note that the Promoter of the company has died and thus the Proprietor has been
changed from Mr Mahendra Rathod to Mr Dhruva Rathod




    1. We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Promoters, during the course of our audit,
           which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.




    2. We hereby confirm that We have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the relevant
           records of promoters for the period ended 31st March 2021 and hereby certify that:


    3. Mr. Mahendra Rathod (Aum Creators) have completed approx. 7% of the project titled Shrishti, MahaRERA
           Regn.No. P51800023092 located at 14th Road, Khar West, Village Bandra, Mumbai-400052




      i.       Amount collected during the year (01-04-2020 to 31-03-2021) for this project is Rs. 0/- and amounts
               collected till date (up to 31-03-2021) is Rs. 0/-


     ii.       Amount withdrawn and utilized during the year (01-04-2020 to 31-03-2021) for this project is Rs. 0/- and
               amount withdrawn till date (upto 31-03-2021) is Rs 0/-.

4.   I/We certify that the Mr. Mahendra Rathod (Aum Creators) has utilized the amounts collected for project only for

     that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the said project has been in accordance

     with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.



Note :- It is pertinent to note that the Promoter of the company has died and thus the Proprietor has been
changed from Mr Mahendra Rathod to Mr Dhruva Rathod
