Carpet area alongwith for exclusive use of the Allottee open balcony of

building with mechanical parking system with no permanent parking slot
allotment / pit level / stilt level /       ground level of building No. 2, (“the
Apartment”), at Project “ Vicino”, for the consideration of Rs. ___________/-

______________________ only) being the proportionate price of the
common        areas    and    facilities   and   Rs.    _____________/-   (Rupees

space(s) in separate car park building with mechanical parking system with
no permanent parking slot allotment / pit level / stilt level / ground level of

 building no. 2, on the terms and conditions and Payment Plan as agreed by
 you in the above referred application . The Total Consideration as mentioned
 above excludes taxes paid or payable by us , and/or which are recoverable
 from you, at applicable rates from time to time by way of Goods and Services
 Tax (“GST”) and Cess or any other similar / indirect taxes which may be
 levied, in connection with the construction of and carrying out the Project
 and/or with respect to the said Apartment and/or Agreement for Sale upto the
 date of handing over the possession of the said Apartment.



You are required to pay the requisite stamp duty and registration charges on
the Agreement for Sale to be executed between us and registered the same
within ____ (______) days from the date of this Allotment Letter.
